dormer extension & Overclad:edinburgh

This project involved introduction of a large first floor dormer to increase the first floor space without impinging on the already limited garden space. To make the property more cohesive and improve the look of the existing single storey extension, the proposal also looked at over-cladding and alterations to the window proportions. A projecting window seat to the single storey extension adds a modern touch and allows the clients to enjoy their garden space.
