1970’s Bungalow Overclad:midlothian

The brief of this project is to change what the clients called their ‘ugly’ bungalow into a more modern and well proportioned property.  It involves a small extension to create a vestibule space, full overclad and reconfiguration of the existing windows.

By elongating the windows and overcladding with a bold black timber cladding the property is transformed from a 1970’s bungalow into a modern Scottish home. The interior is going to continue the Scottish-Scandi feel and it promises to be a stunning home.
